U M Hoops to Face West Virginia

Michigan will play West Virginia next December 15 as part of the inaugural Brooklyn Hoops Winter Festeival at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The announcement was made Tuesday. It will be the first meeting between the two programs, as well as the first time Michigan coach John Beilein, who left West Virginia in 2007, will face his former employer. Beilein was replaced by Bob Huggins who has the Mountaineers in contention to play in their fifth straight NCAA tournament since Beilein left.
