Former Detroit Lions Player Pleads Guilty to Parental Kidnapping

A Livingston County man accused of abducting his son and taking him out of state without the approval of the boy's mother has pleaded guilty in the case.
Mark Grabowski made the plea this week to unlawful retention of a child by a parent.
The 53-year-old from Hartland Township is to be sentenced Feb. 28.
Authorities say Grabowski took his 11-year-old son to South Dakota in August without the permission of the boy's mother, Kelly Cracchiolo-Evans of St. Clair County's Casco Township.
The FBI found Grabowski and his son on Sept. 7 on a hunting ranch in Platte, S.D.
