You need more than healthy recipes. Brain Training per portion sizes is needed. Buy a good set of measuring cups and spoon. Serve nothing unless measured. That cereal bowl will hold 2 or 3 servings. That can of soup isn't one serving, it 2.5! Soup at the fast food places, it's two servings.

Very good. I also only even consider looking at a recipe if it gives the nutritional information about it.
