Suspected Gas Station Robber Arrested

Police have identified a suspect in last month's gas station robbery.

Meridian Township police say the man was arrested after several tips over the last week.

Police believe he robbed the Marathon station near the intersection of Lake Lansing and Hagadorn Roads around 12:30pm on Sunday, December 30th.

He told the clerk he had a weapon, but none was seen. It's unknown how much money the suspect got away with.

The suspect is now in police custody on another criminal matter and police anticipate charges being filed on the robbery soon.
