Police identified the body found Friday in the Red Cedar River as 17 year old Artvon Lamar Moore, of Lansing.

Ingham County Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death as drowning. They say there are no signs of foul play.

A witness reported what he believed to be a body floating in the Red Cedar River Friday morning.
