Problem is, more and more people don't work. They hang out on the streets.
t someone elses house and that parent let them eave at 2 30 in the morning. kids are gonna pull a slick one from time to time. so if u are ignorant to all the facts than how can you speak about it. levons uncle
Well here I am again. I've lived here for 48 years and have never seen anything like this. I have four kids None of my kids are shooting other kids. And all mine are in bed at dark. It's gotta be the parents fault. I tell ya if ur not working at night then go to bed or read a book. That's all you gotta do. It's that simple Night time sleep. Daytime work. Provide for your family. It's not that hard. If u don't work and get some rest. Then your gonna have kids killing kids.
No they can't. Unless it is an emergency, kids need to be home at night.
I believe if they are with a parent or guardian, it is acceptable.
Sounds good to me. 12 years and younger don't need to be out past 10 anyways. When I was a kid even in the summer we had to come in atg dusk and bed time was shortly after. I just hope they can enforce it.
So no one under 12 cannot be out even with a parent?
