Well, I am a renter in Jackson and how do we get the wiring in our house fixed?? Our landlord said he cannot fix the wiring in our house because it is too old and out dated. We have to run an extension cord to our refrigerator from another room because the wiring in the kitchen doesn't work. Also the ceiling fans upstairs don't work either. It would be nice to have working fans upstairs in this heat.

Are there other townships available. Renters can do the same thing if they want to feel more comfortable. i.e. sealing up cracks around windows and calking. For less than $20, you can seal up all of your homes window.
