James & Nick, how about thinking--& learning all the facts--before you pass judgement? & WILX, how about getting the story straight?? The "man" WAS injured; he had a badly broken arm & other injuries from being hit by a car (which fled) while on his bike. He was also very sick & severely dehydrated. It was a REAL cry for help, despite his alcohol & emotional issues. Does that mean he doesn't "deserve" help like any other citizen?? This "man" you're so quick to judge happens to be my brother. I hope you're never in a situation where a loved one needs help & soulless people like you make ignorant & judgemental comments.

wow... glad you all are sympathetic. Do you even know him or his story? I'm glad he has people (even strangers) who care for him and spent time looking for him. God bless him during his recovery. Hope you two never get in a situation when you need help.
