The most perturbing thing I find in your comments is the complete lack of remorse. It is truely abhorrent.
Why don't you go to them? In the time it took you to post the comment on this website you could have emailed the Sheriff's department.
The fact he has numerous firearms is certainly not irrelevant when he's holding them to the person he's raping's head.
He has been convicted before. He is on the sex offender registery. He settled out of court for another accusation. He hired only teen boys. He spent all day with teen boys. He had them doing manual labor in and around his home and property. He flaunted his knowledge and collection of weapons to these teen boys. His family is guilty for letting that happen. He is sick. He has a problem. The people that are truely guilty is his family for seeing the things going on and not doing anything. They knew of his past behavior and decided to let him continue with it. His family should have done something to stop this long ago.
How dare you-you sick, deranged fool, how DARE you accuse his family of being guilty of ANYTHING! There was NO PROOF of what he supposedly did to ANYONE, which is why he was NOT put away the first times. Without proof, why would his family think of him as guilty? They know that man-YOU do not so don't you DARE ever accuse his family of being guilty in this ever again. They are GOOD PEOPLE who just want to live their lives in peace. If there was any proof of his being guilty I KNOW they wouldn't fight anymore but until there is you watch your mouth!
It is not irrelevant that this man has more firearms than a small army, this man knowing he is facing life in prison he may have used the guns on the public or the police. The public deserves to know the kind of man the owner of Best Heating an Cooling is. A child molester whom has more fire arms than a small army!
Being that I know Mr. Gibbs an what he has done, an knowing that his family knew what he done to that seven year old boy sense 2006, they are all guilty! Any one whom says the police an the reporter did something wrong is flat crazy! The police an reporter did what was right! I know what this man has done an will do again if he isn't stoped now. 23yrs ago I was a seven year old boy. I know what this man did an I intend to tell my story next Thursday.
IRRESPONSIBLE? What are you thinking? This man is mentally ILL! The fact that he has all the guns is a factor when it came to his arrest! If you were his neighbor wouldnt you want to know. And as far as his family...This sure is NOT the first go around with this kind of thing. But truth be known they have mostlikley left town the day he was arrested. For they have been through this before. Compassion..the only compassion here should be for all the boys he has molested over several years!
How can any of you think it's right that his address was released? He's not there, now it's just his family. Now they're harassed by media and nosy individuals alike. And as if his owning guns was relevant; you couldn't find a safer or more responsible place to store firearms. As for any lingering doubts that his business was legit? You can see the comments here about previous customers who had no problem with him, even without my saying it was a genuine business for what it says it was, not a lure. You all think you always get the right story from the media? It's not exactly a secret that they'll say anything to get viewers-its their line of work. Thank you to those of you who are simply seeking justice and the truth by innocent until proven guilty, and due process: to the rest of you, you're nothing more than a pack of sick vultures-picking over the remains of a family in pain and gobbling up whatever the media will feed you without knowing anything of the truth. How dare you. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
I totally disagree with the comment below that this guy is innocent until proven guilty. he was already convicted once and is guilty as sin. There shouldn't be any 2nd chances for child molesters because you can't reform them. WILX and the reporter did a good thing for the community with this story.
