Thank You Verg! That's the Last thing I need is Another Increase in my Utility Bills. I have an Idea, what if the Stop giving these Million's of dollars in Tax Breaks to the Biggest Companies "you Know who I'm talking about" in the City. If they hadn't given them the "tax breaks" we would have More than enough money to Run the City!
I find it disturbing that the councilwoman who is talking about finances use to work for the administration of JPS which has been having financial problems for the last decade.
