"Jasper says Welch's gets approximately 17 percent of its grapes from southwestern Michigan. He says the company could be forced to change recipes for some products." Does this mean they are going to use imported grape concentrate for their juice?

Come on, we need to quit making the government as the insurance agent to these farmers. They can get insurance like any other business.
