Sounds like he is off to a great start in life. Why is it so hard for him to follow rules? Can he read?
Breaking the law is bad, but too bad we can not have more students who fight the system within the system instead of causing riots.
He should look up the Michigan Right to Farm Act. As long as he "intends" to sell the chickens or their eggs, the city of Marquette cannot force him to get rid of the birds.
