IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A GREEN CARD OR US CITIZENSHIP THEN THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. WHY SHOULD THEY GET CHEAPER EDUCATIN RATES THAN THOSE WHO ARE NON RESIDENTS AND ARE HERE LEGALLY? THEN WE AS CITIZENS HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR ILLEGALS TO GO TO COLLEGE. EQUALITY SHOULD BE FOR THOSE WHO ARE HERE LEGALLY OR BORN HERE, WHO PAY TAXES, AND SUPPORT THIS COUNTRY. QUIT HANDING THEM EVERYTHING AND THEY WILL QUIT COMING OVER HERE ILLEGALLY.

Are you kidding me? This state we live in is screwed up. I was born here, I work here and pay taxes here, yet illegals get off easier than you or I. What is this world coming to? Or should I even ask.

Wow! Residents can't afford the tuition, but we are going to allow non-resident and non-Citizens to get cheaper tuition rates??? What's wrong with this picture.

are they declaring themselves as a legal resident in the state?

If they don't have a greencard or citizenship then why are they allowed a college education? A cheaper one at that. Make the citizens pay more then the border jumpers? Ofcourse why not everything else is handed to them
