If this can be done, Then when will this be done on a larger scale ? This may have been a test run for a larger operation.
Really? It's things like this that frustrate not only the community but the department personal as well. These police officers are thin enough as it is thanks to all the cuts and now they respond to a call to 'serve and protect' someone who thinks a call like this is funny to pull. In time, they will catch them and when they do, it won't be so funny will it? Hopefully YOUR family member is never in need of the police at a time to save their life and someone has pulled a prank like this on them.
