Rain Heading Our Way

Some sunshine for the first half of today before the clouds start to roll in. Temperatures today climb into the low to mid 40s. The normal high temperature is 30. Rain spreads into the area from the south this evening and will continue tonight. We even have the slight chance of a thunderstorm tonight. Severe weather is not expected. Temperatures tonight drop back to the mid 30s this evening and should rise a few degrees after midnight.
Expect rain on and off Friday and it will be a breezy day with high temperatures in the low 50s. Saturday expect partly sunny skies with a small chance of a few showers. Temperatures climb to the mid 50s Saturday. The record highs Saturday are 62 in Lansing and 59 in Jackson. A cold front moves through Saturday evening and colder air and snow showers follow the front.
