DETROIT (AP) -- The tires and rims were stolen from a Texas pastor's vehicle while he was attending a church revival in Detroit. Pastor Dwayne Houston received a call a half-hour into Sunday's event, alerting him to the theft in the parking lot. The Dallas pastor tells WDIV-TV (http://bit.ly/Nsx5fU) he went to the parking lot and found his vehicle "jacked up." Houston grew up in Detroit. He calls the theft "very sad." New Foundation Christian Center Minister Norman Black says those responsible for the stolen tires "need prayer." A report has been filed with Detroit police.
