Matthew Macon's attorney, Mike O'Briant, says he has requested specific evidence from the police and prosecution that he still has not received.

According to the motion obtained by News 10, that evidence includes:

-copies of surveillance videos from Sparrow Hospital that may place Macon at the hospital near the date and time of certain murders

-full, color photos of Macon at Sparrow Hospital near the date and time of certain murders

-police reports regarding other suspects in Sandra Eichorn and Karen Delgado Yates' murders

-transcripts and reports regarding criminal records of other suspects
