| The individual in this position will coordinate programs and services to promote student achievement to assure they are responsive to student needs (monitoring, evaluating, and modifying, as needed); ensure that programs and services comply with state and national guidelines, rules, and regulations; supervise and provide consistent support for all CACC staff in meeting student curriculum and compliance needs; and work with professional and support staff to appraise job performance to ensure continuous learning and improvement that impacts individual and organizational growth. Qualifications include a current Michigan certification in administration; knowledge and experience in Career and Technical Education (CTE) as demonstrated by previous experience in CTE administration; able to be certified as a Career and Technical Education administrator; and a minimum of three years of teaching experience. The position will be located at the Capital Area Career Center in Mason. Salary Range: $75,760-90,420. Terms of Employment: 52 weeks/year, 5 days/week; 8 hours/day.
