Americans might be worrying about gasoline prices topping the 4-dollar mark. But Canadians are already paying that much and more.
The Canadian Press reports that the average price of gas across Canada today was a dollar and 14-cents per liter. That works out to about 4-32 per gallon in U.S. dollars.
The average price in the U.S. was 3-dollars and 29-cents.
The Energy Department expects gas prices to peak near 3-50 a gallon later in the spring.
Canadian analysts predict gas prices could reach a dollar-50 a liter in parts of that country in coming months. That's the equivalent of more than 5-65 a gallon in U.S. dollars.

we are headed for a solicalist government.way to much job loss and to many having to be taken care of by the gov programs.no one is stopping jobs from going over seas are they?money taking care of money.high profits must be made so some surrive life as it is becomming impossible for so many.wipe out the poor ones is more like it.not that that idea won't cause alot of trouble.as long as enough people keep buying gas because they can afford to or the younger ones that have no other bills to pay and can ram the roads, gas will stay up. also it is a power trip for the invested ones.all over the world.the rich will surrive?not forever.they just think money buys everything.wrong.as long as people have hard times the government controls more of peoples lives.look at how communist gov works.where are we headed?we are not going to like the end results of many things.we are being forced to pay money out so only some can become rich.not fair at all is it?

Once again, people compare apples to oranges to try to make people happy with paying over-inflated prices... Just like Europe, Canada adds much higher taxes for it's gas prices to fund and pay for it's socialist agenda and programs Once again, another dumb reporter reports on a story without investigating or reporting all the facts Where do they get these dumb reporters anyways? And why are the Editors not catching these mistakes?

canada has a differnt government also.and the usa is in a lot of problems due to high gas prices.that is the main point.what it is doing to the usa.gas varries all over the world.some pay alot less than us.some pay more.the usa can not continue to pay these prices or it will put us down into ression or worse.we need jobs badly in mich and the usa as well.lack of jobs and jobs that equel costs of all that have went up is a problem.gas prices are the source of many price hikes and people just aren't making it.can't buy this or that.causing hardships on many bussinesses.banks are hurting because they got stuck holding many mortages.it's to a point do we eat,or buy stuff, pay all bills, and try to pay gas prices to get where we have to go.strikes by people wanting more will end up that many will end up with no job.welfare programs get more applying weekly.our gov needs to wake up and do the right things.there are to many finding life unbareable.who cares about canada.this is the USA.fix it.
