The young boy rushed to the hospital after an incident at a pool Wednesday is getting better.
A Sparrow Hospital spokesperson tells News 10 the five-year-old is making progress Thursday.
Emergency crews were called to the Michigan Athletic Club around 1pm Thursday after reports of a possible drowning in the shallow, leisure outdoor pool.
Sparrow, which owns the MAC, says there were five lifeguards at the pool that responded quickly by administering emergency procedures and calling EMS.
