JACKSON - A woman is accused of stabbing a man multiple times in Jackson, on Tuesday night.
Tressi Mosley, 30, was arrested Tuesday, and police say she stabbed a man twice in the abdomen and once in the arm. Deputy Chief John Holda says that the victim, a 50 year old man, was rushed to Allegiance Health and then taken to the University of Michigan Hospital for surgery. The man is in serious, but stable condition.
Police say the stabbing took place in the hallway of an apartment building in the 300 block of West Wilkins Street at about 8 o'clock. Investigators say the man and woman were acquaintances, and that the man believed Mosley had stolen food from his apartment on a prior occasion.
The man confronted her in the hallway. An argument ensued, and that is when police say she stabbed the victim three times.
