The coach of world champion Jordyn Wieber says she may have a stress fracture in her right leg.

John Geddert said Tuesday she has been dealing with pain in the leg since the U.S. women's pre-Olympic training camp, which began in mid-July.

Wieber entered the Olympics favored to win multiple medals, including the all-around title. But she leaves London without any individual medals after finishing seventh in floor exercise.

She failed to make the all-around final after finishing fourth in qualifying. Countries are limited to two gymnasts in individual finals, and teammates Aly Raisman and Gabby Douglas finished ahead of Wieber.

Wieber does have a gold medal, however, playing a big role in the team victory. It was the first Olympic title by a U.S. women's squad since 1996.
