While most people stayed inside sipping coffee, and watching the snow early Friday morning, WILX's Amanda Malkowski was at Eagle Eye Golf Club in East Lansing.
She previewed the Polar Plunge, along with two others, helping to get the word out about an event that will be held there on Sunday, where many people are expected to do the Polar Plunge to help support the Special Olympics. She jumped into the icy waters along with the other Polar Plungers, where members of the Ingham County Dive Team waited to help them out.
