The Detroit Area Agency on Aging says 400 volunteers from the Ford Motor Co. Fund and 800 others from the community are taking part Thursday in the Holiday Meals on Wheels program.
The Ford Motor Co. Fund also is making a $30,000 donation. This is the sixth year the fund is supporting the Holiday Meals on Wheels program.
Meals will be prepared Thursday morning and include turkey breast, dressing, mashed potatoes and apple pie.
