Saturday night a candle light vigil will be held to remember a woman who was murdered in Jackson last month.
Violet McElroy's body was found in a dumpster at the Reed Manor Apartments after being shot several times.
The vigil will be held near that dumpster at seven PM.
Reed Manor is at 301 Steward Ave.
