A veteran and high-level government official says the quality of care at a Lansing VA outpatient clinic has gotten worse over the years.
After a tour of duty in Bosnia in that late 90s and early 2000s, Tom English said the care he received when he returned home was great.
But after he returned from Afghanistan about decade later, he noticed a "night and day difference."
