MUSKEGON, Mich. (AP) -- Authorities in western Michigan have identified a man they say backed into a woman pushing a stroller with her child inside and dragged the stroller a short distance before fleeing.
The Muskegon Chronicle reports an arrest warrant was signed for 20-year-old Antonio Keshawn Raglin, who is being sought Monday.
The warrant charges him with leaving the scene of an injury accident and driving without applying for a license. Both are misdemeanors.
Muskegon police say a woman was pushing the stroller June 25 when the van backed into them. Police last week released video of the stroller being dragged. The boy wasn't hurt; his mother had a scraped knee.
Police say a 17-year-old van passenger was arrested Friday on unrelated charges.
