Suspected I-96 Shooter to Face Terrorism Charges

Terrorism charges will be among new charges to be filed against the suspected Interstate 96 shooting suspect.

Raulie Casteel is the suspect in a string of shootings along the Interstate 96 corridor in October. Attorney General Bill Schuette will consolidate charges from incidents Livingston, Ingham and Shiawassee counties.

Prosecutors in each of those counties thought it would be more efficient to consolidate the cases. Oakland County's prosecutor will handle charges in that county.

Casteel, of Wixom, is suspected in 24 shootings in all.
