Some Jackson County kids have admitted to breaking into Columbia Middle School in Brooklyn and throwing paint on the walls and lockers throughout the building. Seven kids between 12 and 15 years old were linked to the school break-in and a break-in at another business. All have been released into their parents' custody. The Jackson County prosecutor is considering burglary and property destruction charges. The good news is the paint in the school is water based and can be cleaned up.
