Suspect in New Year's Day Convenience Store Shooting Has Been Charged.

A suspect in Lansing's New Year's Day shooting has been charged. The shooting took place during the early morning hours of New Year's Day, at a Lansing convenience store. One person was killed and four others were injured in the shooting.

The suspect's name is Delon Miller, 20 years old. He is charged with 6 counts:
- open murder
- 3 counts of assault with intent to murder
- carrying a concealed weapon
- felony firearm possession
