A bill that would make cyber revenge a crime is another step closer to becoming law.
If it's signed by Gov. Rick Snyder, a person could get jail time or a hefty fine for posting a sexually-explicit photo on the internet without the individual's consent.
The senate unanimously approved the bill Wednesday. It now goes to the house.
