Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson is announcing an initiative to stop the use of fake insurance certificates.

After discovering a significant amount of fake insurance certificates being presented at the state's Secretary of State offices, Secretary Johnson is partnering with several police agencies and insurance groups to put a stop to the problem.
