Schools, Outdoor Workers Struggle With Second Round of Extreme Temperatures

By  |

Michigan is being hit hard with cold temperatures again. Though the windchills aren't projected to be quite as bad as the last cycle, the extreme conditions should be taken seriously.

Schools are adjusting recess and bus drop-off and pick-up, while teachers make sure the kids don't go stir crazy. But there are also people who can't avoid being out in the cold like road crews and roofers. All of them are doing their best to handle this dangerous weather.

News 10's Shannon Kantner will have a full report on how people battle these subzero conditions on WILX at 6:00.
