"Time to vote!"

That pro-Medicaid chant can be heard throughout the Capitol Tuesday, including the Senate floor where they have yet to put the expansion legislation up for a vote.

"Why are they waiting? Are they trying to hold their breath and die?," said one protester from Service Employees International.

The Senate took a recess shortly after reconvening, as supporters filled the Capitol, urging lawmakers to take a vote.

Two men dressed up in Revolution-era outfits are also making plenty of noise at the Capitol. They call themselves Freedom Frank and Patriot Pat, and are from the Tea Party.

The Senate is expected to vote on the expansion legislation Tuesday or Wednesday. The Senate could vote on one or all three possible medicaid expansion bills.
