Now that the legislature has 40 days to make a decision about an initiative that would require women to buy additional health insurance for abortions, people on both sides of the issue are speaking out.
Women who have conceived children after sexual assault and individuals who were conceived in rape came to the Capitol to tell their stories in support of the proposal, while several democratic senators spoke out against the initiative.
