ARMADA, Mich. (AP) -- Authorities investigating the slaying of a 14-year-old girl in a Michigan wooded area are seeking information on a small motorcycle seen on a nearby recreation trail.
Armada police say they have received tips about the blue and white motorcycle that was being operating by a young male wearing a black helmet on the Macomb Orchard Trail, about 35 miles northeast of Detroit.
Two joggers found April Millsap's body Thursday night about 15 to 20 feet from the trail. The girl had taken her dog for a walk.
A cause of death was not disclosed Friday. Investigators also say they are looking for a gray van that had dents and was occupied by two males.
