Police Need Help Identifying Credit Card Thief

Can you help identify this woman?

Police in Meridian Township say she's accused of using a credit card stolen from a 79-year-old woman. The accused used the card at Target, racking up $4,800 in charges on the afternoon of Thursday, June 12. Police say the total amount charged in this case is more than $8,000.

The woman is described as a black female in her 30's or early 40's, last seen wearing a zebra-print outfit with a white hat.
