LANSING - The man who police say robbed a Lansing credit union Monday has been caught. 27-year-old Arthur George Kurtze was arrested Wednesday on Lansing's southside. A Lansing police detective working on a tip was able to track Kurtze down and make the arrest.
Police say Kurtze robbed the Astera Credit Union on East Jolly Road at about 12:30 p.m. Monday. Police released a surveillance photo which had a good picture of the man who robbed the credit union.
No word on whether the tipster saw that photo.
Kurtze was in court Thursday, where he was arraigned on a single count of bank robbery.
He's due back in court August 25th.
