(Lansing) Police are investigating a violent evening at a Lansing bard that's seen its fair share of crime over the years.

Police are looking into a stabbing a reports of shots fired at the Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge on South Cedar Street.

Officers responded to a call around 2 am Saturday and found shell casings at the scene.

Minutes later a man with a stab wound showed up at a Lansing hospital and police believe the two cases are related.

A man had been shot in the leg after an argument in the parking lot of the bar last summer.

Police had been working with management to make the place safer, like working more closely with security, installing surveillance cameras and making random bar checks.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lansing police.
