State Police say Charles Gehringer died of a heart attack.
Gehringer, 62, went missing last Monday night while training his dogs at a local Beagle club in Tompkins Township.
Friends and family began looking for him; they were later joined by police and others.
Gehringer's body was found Wednesday morning.
