One man was killed Wednesday morning while putting gas in a truck along US-23.
The Michigan State Police says Joseph Michael Logan, 37, was hit when a sem-truck veered over the fog line and hit him and the back of the pickup.
It happened at 9:53 a.m. on southbound US-23 near Six Mile Road in Northfield Township, in Washtenaw County.
Logan, from Whitmore Lake, was a passenger in the truck.
The driver of the pickup was inside at the time of the accident, and is hospitalized and in stable condition.
State police are still investigating the accident.
