WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Obama administration is making a major concession to business groups in the implementation of the health care law. It's announced it will delay until 2015 a central requirement that medium and large companies provide coverage for their workers or face fines.
In a blog, Treasury Assistant Secretary Mark Mazur writes that the government has listened to feedback from business "about the complexity of the requirements and the need for more time to implement them effectively."
