Dozens of Lansing Community College nursing students are ready for their next challenge. More than 100 of them took part in the traditional pinning ceremony Friday morning. The event means they're prepared to be a registered nurse and will soon join the workforce. Michigan could use them too, as the state faces a shortfall of nurses for the aging population.
