"No Contest" Plea for Hit and Run Motorcycle Case

CHARLOTTE (WILX)-- A woman who was severly injured in a motorcycle accident last fall learned Friday the driver who hit her and took off will not face a jury.

22-year-old Zachary Bowden is charged with:

1. Failing to stop and ID at the scene of an accident resulting in serious imparment of a bodily function.

2. Reckless driving causing serious impairment of a bodily funcion.

3. Reckless driving
