Gas prices have gone up for the eighth week in a row, and are now at the highest average price since last July.
The Lundberg survey of 2,500 filling stations found that the national average is $3.60 for a gallon of regular. That is still four cents less than the national average price at this point last year.
In the continental United States, Los Angeles has the highest average price of $4.04 a gallon. The lowest average price was found in Billings, Montana where you can find a gallon of gas for just $3.20.
