Dr. Kassam Mahmoud Hallak was arraigned Tuesday on three sex charges. One was for 2nd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and two others on 4th degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.

The charges came after three additional, alleged victims came forward since last December when the 53-year-old Holt resident was charged with three counts of criminal sexual assault, all with former patients. Hallak practiced medicine at the Charlotte Medical Center and Urgent Car on Meijer Drive in Charlotte.

As part of his conditions for bond, he has been barred from seeing female patients under the age of 40. He has also surrendered his passport and travel documents and must wear a GPS tether.

The alleged assaults occurred between November 2009 and July 2010.
