LANSING (WILX)-- As part of an effort to promote personal safety in the neighborhood, Moores Park Neighborhood Watch launched a new home safety program Wednesday.
The neighborhood is installing brand new door viewer's (peep-hole) for neighbors that feel the need for the extra security.
"The neighborhood has had some crime in the past, and this year we are trying to be proactive," said Andrew Eagle, who's involved with the Moores Park Neighborhood Watch.
News Tens Alyssa Fenske will have details of the new program tonight at six.
