The Eaton County Sheriff - Delta Patrol is reporting that Shiana Smith, of Grand Ledge, who has been missing from the area since she was last seen at the Lansing Mall Cinema on November 12, has been located in North Carolina. She is safe, and will be reunited with her family soon.
