LANSING, Mich. (AP) -- More than 500 property tax-foreclosed parcels across Michigan will be featured in a two-day state auction.
The state says the auctions will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Registration for bidders begins at 9 a.m. each day.
About 300 parcels in Dickinson, Iosco, Iron, Kalkaska, Keweenaw, Luce and Mecosta counties will be up for bid Tuesday at the Ramada Inn in Grayling.
The remaining properties in Branch, Clinton, Eaton, Livingston and Shiawassee counties will be up for auction Wednesday at the Ramada Lansing Hotel & Conference Center in Lansing.
The properties may be vacant residential or commercial lots, or may have structures on them. The state says potential bidders have the responsibility to research the properties.
