The man they are looking for is David Lee Arnold. Arnold lives in Lansing, but has traveled to Meridian Township where he is suspected of committing multiple crimes.

On May 2, 2013, the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office authorized a multi-count warrant for his arrest. Counts include three counts of indecent exposure, sexually delinquent person, and 4th degree habitual offender.

This isn't the first time that David Arnold has faced charges. News 10 checked with the Michigan Sex Offender Registry, and found that he has four previous convictions on the "sexually delinquent person" charge. His criminal history goes back to 1991 and covers several Michigan counties:

- May 14, 1991 Ingham County
